I really like cinnamon and when I found this recipe in a magazine, I immediately put it on the Christmas menu. From the past quantities, a cake comes out. I tripled the amount and I also made it in the shape of a snowman, Christmas tree and Santa Claus. Aaa, in the second cake I put (obviously: P) and chia seeds, I really liked it.

How do we prepare the cinnamon fan recipe?

We prepare a muffin tray, greasing it very well with butter so that the fans do not stick.

3. Lightly beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

4.Mix the mayonnaise, pour the egg mixture and mix once more, until smooth.

5. Add the melted and cooled butter. Stir once more well.

6. Incorporate the remaining flour in 2 steps, mix with a spatula and knead the dough.

7. At the end, gradually add the oil and continue to knead a soft and non-sticky dough for 5-7 minutes.

8. Round the dough, place it in a clean bowl greased with a little oil, cover it and leave it to rise for 1.5 hours.

9. Peel the apples and the back, then cut them into medium pieces in a pan.

10.Add water, sugar and butter.

11. Transfer the pan to the stove and sauté the apples, stirring, until soft.

12. Then pass them with a spatula, until you get a puree, and keep the filling on the fire, until the liquid evaporates and becomes thicker.

13.Add cinnamon, mix and transfer the filling to a plate to cool.

Advice. Choose sweet and sour apples, soft. If they will be very juicy, then add a smaller amount of water.

14. Grease the form (26 cm) with butter and sprinkle it with flour, then shake off the excess flour.

15.Transfer the dough onto the floured worktop, work it and divide it into 2 pieces: a larger one (the base of the cake) and a smaller one (the surface of the cake). Round them and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.

16. On the work surface sprinkled with flour, spread the larger piece of dough in a round top, place it in the shape, distribute it evenly and form the edges.

17. Add the apple filling in an even layer.

18. Spread the smaller piece of dough and cover the filling, gluing the edges well. Smooth the edge down and level the cake on the surface of the form.

19. Cover the cake and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

20. Then grease it with beaten egg and walnut kernel, and in the middle make a hole through which steam will come out.

21. Bake the cake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° С, let it cool in the form, then transfer it to the tray.

5. Grease a pan with coconut oil / butter. (I used a tray with a diameter of 18 cm, if you use a larger one, double the quantities)
6. Pour the composition into the pan and bake at 200 degrees until it passes the toothpick test and browns nicely.

You can leave the carrot cake simple because it is very tasty and fluffy, but if you have guests and you want to impress them, decorate it with a cream prepared from cream cheese and powdered sugar.

2 teaspoons powdered sugar

1. Mix the cheese with the sugar and decorate the cake with a special spirit or simply spread the cream with a spatula, just like in a cake.
