I think you already know that I won at the Chef contest on FB a shredder that I gave to my mother for Christmas .... so thank you very much Naumann and of course our site ... and I will present some recipes that I prepared them with her precious help :)

  • 3 kg pork neck (as fat as possible)
  • 1 glass and a half of water
  • a glass of oil (palm tree I put)
  • pork mate (one box)
  • allspice (1/2 teaspoon)
  • thyme (1 tablespoon)
  • sweet executioner (1 teaspoon)
  • pepper (how much you like to season)
  • 5 heads of garlic (we like garlic well)
  • salt (about 3 tablespoons)

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


The meat is chopped and kneaded together with the spices, garlic, water and oil. We fill the mats, of course also with the help of the chopping machine, it is a rather meticulous process, first each mat is blown separately, then it is pulled all the way to the end of the chopping machine and then it starts. Carefully prick the mats if they swell and then tie at the ends. The sausages can be air dried for a while or put directly in bags in the freezer.

Fry the sausages and serve them with mustard, horseradish and peasant bread :)
