Liver in wine sauce with polenta
- 1 kg of poultry liver
- 200 ml of red wine
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of the secret of taste from maggi

RECIPE PREPARATION Liver in wine sauce with polenta:
Place the liver in a pan with a little oil to brown over low heat, prepare the sauce separately by adding wine, the secret of taste, tomato paste, thyme, pepper in a bowl and mix until it becomes a homogeneous content.
