Although some do not like the idea of sweet m & acircncare and are reluctant to the combination of meat and honey, it helps to caramelize the meat, & icirci offers a crunchy crust and a subtle sweet aroma, if you care about the amount.
Today we offer you a different recipe for marinated chicken legs & icircn orange juice with honey. In order for the taste to be balanced and not too sweet, rosemary and garlic come to give flavor to the meat and thus you will get a delicious dinner or meal.
- 8 chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 oranges
- 120 g butter
- fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
Wash the chicken legs and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the orange juice with the pulp. You will use it to marinate chicken.
Put the fresh orange, honey, melted butter, rosemary and crushed garlic in a bowl. Mix well and put the chicken legs in this mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Put the chicken legs in an oven tray. Pour half of the marinade over the meat, cover with aluminum foil and bake. After half an hour, remove the foil and add more to the juice in which you marinated the chicken, if necessary.
Turn the chicken pieces on each side. Leave in the oven until the meat is evenly browned and the liquid in the pan has evaporated.

Strudel with apples and oranges
For Strudel with apples and oranges we need:

In a small bowl mix the starch with a few teaspoons of cold water over which we then put a few tablespoons of hot juice, mix and pour over the apples. Mix well and leave for another 2-3 minutes on the fire until it thickens a little. At the end add the cinnamon powder.
We spread the thawed sheets on a plate and grease each sheet with melted butter. (I couldn't grease them all because they were a bit broken).
Pour the filling and roll.
Put in a tray lined with baking sheet and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until nicely browned on top.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then powder with powdered sugar.
Serve with a flavored tea!
